CSSP OVERVIEW : BINARY GOVERNANCE

Complainant : HRH Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem : Kwa'mutsun Nation State
Respondent (s) :  EIIR Canada Ship : Elizabeth II, Queen of Canada & British Commonwealth; Canada Nation (Ship); and, including, but, not limited to Municipality of North Cowichan; all included as realms prescribed with provisions for heirs and successors; and, including, but not imited to the actors and agents for (a) the JUB Open Sewage Lagoon Facilities; and, (b) the Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit
Factum : Issues arising as trespass :
  1. HRH Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem remains as absolute monarch of the Kwa'mutsun Nation State territories of consecutively settled sovereign Peoples since the beginning of time
  2. The Hwuneem family of monarchs {hereditary leaders} are recognized by the other Quw'utsun nation members as a principal founding family since the beginning of time
  3. Kwa'mutsun Peoples and the other Quw'utsun Assembly Peoples have established a renowned history as dedicated protectors of these territories; of being great warriors and humanitarians
  4. HRH Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem is the paramount, singular sovereign monarchical authority of the traditional and customary territories named Kwa'mutsun
  5. HRH Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem Kwa'mutsun Nation is an associate member within the Inter Governmental Organization Great Turtle Island Federation, as recognized by the United Nation in 2013; and, further, as an associate actor, Kwa'mutsun is the western Doorkeeper of the GTIF Circle of Fires
  6. Elizabeth II is the Constitutional Monarch of the Ship named Canada; a vessel named as a trespasser herein; including, the Municipality of North Cowichan
  7. All territories as related to the Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit and the Joint Utilities Board Open Sewage Lagoon are located within the rightfully governed Kwa'mutsun Nation State; as solely governed by the absolute monarch HRH Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem; and, these two said projects are not endorsed for trespass by HRH Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem; and, therein, are subject to immediate seizure of assets; and, further, these actors and agents are subject to arrest and deportation, forthwith
  8. In these matters, the Cowichan Tribes entity as registered within Elizabeth II, Canada-The Ship; is not a representative on behalf of Kwa'mutsun Nation; whereas, "Cowichan Tribes" is a fiction created only by the Canada Ship for purposes of further colonial conquest; and, is not endorsed in its founding by the tribal nation citizenry of the day
  9. The "Douglas Treaties" are without merit, as having arisen under the umbrella of the failed {null and void} Hudson's Bay Company - whose charter prohibited the acquisition of real estate;  and, whose Charter became null and void in 1697 {British parliamentary records}
  10. Kwa'mutsun Nation citizenry children were apprehended under the authority of Elizabeth II (Crowned in 1953); and, the EIIR Canada Ship Truth and Reconciliation 2015 Final Report has noted that these Kwa'mutsun territories children and families are victims of genocide through the operations and conduct of the Indian Day & Residential Schools
  11. Further, the Final Report of James Anaya, as the United Nations Special Rapporteur for Aboriginal Peoples, on the matters of EIIR Canada Ship policies and practices against these said consecutively settled sovereign Peoples of Turtle Island North - including, Kwa'mutsun - have failed to comply with fundamental human rights provisions, which are adopted by EIIR as British Commonwealth monarch, Queen of Canada; and, claiming jurisdiction by trespass upon Kwa'mutsun sovereign in evident breach of the UN Charter, Chapter VII provisions, which cite offences of hostile military occupancy
  12. HRH Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem has not provided a right of trespass authorization to (a) Elizabeth II, (b) Canada-The Ship (governed by constitutional parliamentary authority as enacted through Elizabeth II {EIIR}; including, but not limited to the EIIR province British Columbia; nor, to (c) the JUB {Joint Utilities Board} or its agents; nor, (d) the city of Duncan; nor, (e) the Vancouver Island Motorsport actors or agents; and, who {a-e} are Joint and Several Respondents, herein
Order Sought :
  1. Elizabeth II, Canada-The Ship {nation}; the British Columbia Ship {province}; and, the North Cowichan Municipality  including its Joint Utilities Board have previously been served public notice of trespass; and, and been accused of breach of custom and traditions; through which unjust enrichment has been derived; and, therefore, the taxes and penalties due shall be sought through an accredited indigenous court of competent jurisdiction; and, through which all assets of these named Respondents, herein, shall be seized into Kwa'mutsun Nation State trust; and, held therein until such time as the elected court of competent jurisdiction shall direct the terms and conditions of the disposal of such assets
  2. Wherein, Kwa'mutsun Nation State absolute monarch HRH Stitumaatulwit Hwuneem is solely responsible as the judicious body in these disputed matters, as above, it is her final determination of these issues that shall serve as the final, non-appellable adjudication
  3. Previous determinations by Kwa'mutsun Nation State HRH Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem have settled the matter of jurisdiction; wherein, it is adduced that Eilizabeth II and her cotterie of governing bodies are without accreditation in these traditional and customary Kwa'mutsun Nation State {hereafter, "Kwa'mutsun"} territories; that these said Elizabeth II actors and agents are without conditional landing permits; are trespassers; and, have exercised crimes against humanity and war crimes upon the Kwa'mutsun citizenry; and, therein shall be apprehended and conducted to the appropriate authorities for trial; and, sentencing - noting, again, the supreme and absolute HRH Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem as the final arbiter
