THE ABSOLUTE MONARCH WITHIN AN INDEPENDENT NATION STATE
The Following Is Derived From Both Customary Law & International Law Sources

DEFINIFIONS
1.    Absolute Monarch : To rule and reign in complete independent sovereignty as a singular source of governance
2.    Citizen : One who resides with monarchical permission as a settled subject within the monarchical territory
3.    Constitutional Monarchy : A monarchical figurehead to a public enfranchised governance
4.    Lawful Jurisdiction : An absolute Monarch defines the constituency real estate claim
5.    Monarchy : A territory ruled and reigned through the presence of the lineage of a royal personage
6.    Paramountcy : The absence of any other source of superior jurisdictional entitlement
7.    Settlers : A person or human being who settles with in royal dominion with the absolute monarch’s permission
8.    Subject : A person who is under the rule and reign of a monarch {absolute or constitutional}

DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES IN AN ABSOLUTE MONARCHICAL INDEPENDENT NATION STATE
Where an absolute monarchical sovereign, independent nation state [AMSINS] exists; then, that monarch reigns and rules without debate or protest. This [AMSINS] prevails as the Name & Arms of the dominion or traditional territory through consecutive settlement and governance. This monarch IS law and order.

And, where a [AMSINS] rules a defined and secured territory; and, a dispute arises within that [AMSINS]’s jurisdiction; then, the Complainant & the Respondent shall be summoned to the court of this [AMSINS] for resolution.

The [AMSINS] conducts the court per the rules of fairness. A complete hearing is conducted. A decision may be rendered and enforced. There is no appeal. There is no compulsion for this [AMSINS] to complete a decision.

The [AMSINS] is not a democracy. This territory is governed by the sole will of the absolute monarch.

The evident value for the subject settled citizens(s) is the apparent generally inexpensive and speedy flow of the administration of justice; and, the application of law and order for the good of the monarchy. Both parties are permitted Speakers

A subject or subject citizen settler may apply as the Complainant to the [AMSINS] to hold court on the subject of a complaint. A complaint arises through an alleged breach of a customary law or an international law. These laws may be written in the traditional language of the absolute monarch; and, the may be written in an international language. Laws may be applied that are entirely oral or spoken in nature.

The attendance at court is compulsory, as enforced by the [AMSINS]
